Bharat Forge America has an in-house die shop using state-of-the-art CNC machines. 3-axis CNC machines are used for high speed cutting of die cavitites. CAD models are used directly to generate cutting paths. The die shop also has ancilliary equipment to manufacture components required to complete the die set assembly.
